Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you love your handmade crochet items. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange after this period.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Custom or made-to-order crochet items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition or missing parts
  • Items with signs of use
  • Any return made after 30 days of delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

If your refund seems delayed:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Reach out to your bank (processing time may vary)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at betweenstitches@customer_service.com, and send your item to: Św. Filipa 5, Kraków, Poland

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to:
Between Stitches
Aleja 3 Maja, Kraków, Poland

  • You are responsible for paying return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for valuable items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
